What is FSA/HSA?
Both FSAs (Flexible Savings Accounts) and HSAs (Health Savings Accounts) allow you to set aside pre-taxed dollars from your paycheck to use for eligible medical expenses. You could save an average of 30% based on state and federal tax rates.
How much can I get reimbursed through my FSA/HSA?
The full amount of your medical expenses are eligible for reimbursement. Exactly how much you get reimbursed depends on funds available in your FSA (Flexible Savings Account) and HSA (Health Savings Account).
Please follow the guidelines and terms/conditions of your specific plan.The average savings is 30% based on average state and federal tax rates.
How does reimbursement work?
We do not accept HSA/FSA cards at checkout, however, we provide detailed receipts post-purchase that you can submit directly for reimbursement.Alan customers can visit the "My Orders" tab in your portal to find your receipt (link here).
From there, you can download your receipt and follow your HSA/FSA provider's reimbursement instructions.If you need assistance with your receipt or documentation, please contact our customer care team at help@alanmeds.com.
