NAD+ Patches

Our NAD+ Patches are used to boost your brain function, energy, and metabolic health in a convenient, weekly application. If you're new to Alan Health’s NAD+ Patch, here's everything you need to know to get started—no needles required.

What’s included:

  • 6 Iontophoresis Patches
  • NAD+ Solution (400mg/mL)
  • Sterile saline ampules
  • Access to a licensed provider and the Alan Health platform
  • 100% US-based customer care

Step-by-Step Instructions:

  1. Activate the Patch: Apply 20 drops of NAD+ solution to the ( + ) side of the patch and 1 mL of saline to the ( – ) side.
  2. Apply to Skin: Choose a clean, hair-free area like the upper arm, abdomen, thigh, or back. Apply the patch firmly to ensure full contact with the skin.
  3. Let It Work: Wear the patch for at least 4 hours. Most delivery occurs during this time, but you can leave it on longer for additional absorption. You may feel a slight tingling or warmth—that’s the iontophoresis in action.
  4. Remove Gently: After 4 hours, remove the patch. If the adhesive feels strong, use warm water to help ease it off.

Frequency: Use once per week or as directed by your provider. Some people may choose to use the patch more frequently depending on their NAD+ levels and health goals.

Why People Love It:

  • Non-invasive and pain-free
  • Boosts NAD+ levels by up to 5x
  • Supports metabolism, energy, and recovery
  • Only one patch per week for 4 hours

Common Questions:

  • What should I expect when using the NAD+ patch?
    • Many users report increased energy, sharper mental clarity, improved mood, better sleep, reduced cravings, and faster recovery—from workouts, illness, or injury. However, results vary and while some people feel noticeable effects right away, others may need several weeks of consistent use to experience benefits. Regardless of how you feel, rest assured that NAD+ is being absorbed as long as the patch is used correctly.
  • Why do I need a prescription for NAD+ patches?
    • Since the IontoPatch™ system includes a battery-powered device that actively delivers NAD+ into the bloodstream, it’s classified as a medical device. For that reason, it requires a prescription from a licensed provider.
  • Where should I place the patch?
    • The patch is a small adhesive bandage that can be placed almost anywhere on the body, though we recommend applying where hair will not interfere with mild adhesive. The upper arm is most common, but you can choose any area that’s comfortable and free from irritation, including abdomen, back, and thigh. When applying, hold the patch flat in your palm and press it down in one smooth motion to ensure full contact.
  • Can I work out while wearing it?
    • Yes—our patches are flexible, sweat-resistant, and designed to stay in place during exercise.
  • Is the patch hypoallergenic?
    • Yes, IontoPatch™ is manufactured with latex free components and is hypoallergenic, though rare skin irritation may occur.
  • How do I remove an NAD+ Patch?
    • To ensure it doesn’t come free, the adhesive used for the patch is strong. At the end of four hours, you can soak the patch for a few minutes with warm water to make the removal easier
